Career Highlights
At UNCDF, served as Project Officer for the Financing Durable Solutions for Forcibly Displaced Persons (FDSFDP) project, coordinating multi-level government engagement on development finance and policy development in Uganda's pilot cities of Arua and Gulu, with extended support to Somalia's cities of Baidoa and Bosaso.
Served as Local Development Finance Specialist for 4 years under the Development Initiative for Northern Uganda (DINU) project, supporting 18 local governments in development infrastructure finance, public finance management and results-based management.
Supported several projects on domestic financing and development with monitoring and evaluation functions through short-term consultancy assignments with Ministry of Health, Ministry of Local Government, Ministry of Finance Planning and Economic Development and other NGOs.
