Project Overview

ABL designed and implemented a comprehensive results-based monitoring and evaluation framework for a nationwide education reform project. This strategic engagement enabled evidence-based decision-making, enhanced accountability, and provided real-time insights for adaptive program management across the education sector.

The Challenge

The Ministry of Education required a robust M&E system to track progress of ambitious education reforms, ensure accountability to stakeholders, and enable data-driven decision-making across a complex, multi-year initiative affecting thousands of schools nationwide.
