Dr. Kot David Adhal Nguar is a South Sudanese Economist at ABL Management Consultancy. Prior to joining us, he is a Research Economist at the University of Rome – La Sapienza, working on the impact evaluation of conditional cash transfer on poverty alleviation and economic inequality in South Sudan. Dr. Nguar has worked extensively in academia and industry, i.e., UNO, INGOs, NNGOs, CSOs, CBOs in Europe and Africa, focusing on development economics, digital technology, public management reform, and political economy, primarily in emerging economies.
He is an author of numerous scientific articles and a peer reviewer for top-tier journals. He holds a PhD in Public Management and Governance, and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Rome – Tor Vergata in Italy. He is also a graduate of Master in Economics and Policy Evaluation, a Master in Data Science from the University of Rome – La Sapienza in Italy, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Uganda Christian University, Uganda.
